Paul Contris is the President and founder of Mission Healthcare, LLC. Mission operates seven long term care facilities in Minnesota and South Dakota. These facilities employ over 600 associates with annual company revenues of just over $40,000,000.

Mission’s management team boasts a number of seasoned execs with extensive experience in the long-term care industry. Mr. Contris previously served as Executive Vice President with Unison Healthcare and Chief Financial Officer with the SunQuest Healthcare Corporation. Mr. Contris was one of the founding members of both of these organizations. Mission’s Chief Operating Officer, Tom Boerboom, was a Regional Vice President with Beverly Enterprises. He was instrumental in maximizing the earnings and improving the quality of care provided by the facilities under his supervision. Brad Molgard, Mission’s Director of Operations, was a former Director of Operations with Beverly Enterprises. Nancy Tuders, Mission’s Director of Clinical Operations, was a former Director of Clinical Services for Ecumen and a former facility Director of Nursing.
